IAN WILLIAMS aged 46 of Little Castle Farm, Raglan, Usk, Gwent. Proved in absence that he failed to identify the driver of the Mitsubishi Pick-up who was alleged to be guilty of an offence. Fined £525, victim surcharge £15, costs £85 and licence endorsed with six points.
KAREN BRETTLE aged 44 of the Vista, Studland Road, Bournemouth. Admitted driving a Volkswagen Polo with 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £115, victim surcharge £15, costs £85 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. Disqualification reduced by 91 days if defendant completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. Course fee £190.
BENJAMIN WILLIAM JONES aged 28 of no fixed abode. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £10, victim surcharge £15. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Sentence to be dealt with on March 16.
SIMON DOUGLAS NORRIS aged 50 of Princess Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place and in possession of an open container of alcohol. Community order made to have treatment for alcohol dependency by the Bournemouth Assessment Team for six months. Also admitted acting or inciting others to act in an anti social manner likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made as above.
