THREE young gymnasts from Bournemouth will compete in national finals next month after success at the south west region elite and national grades in Wiltshire.
All members of Littledown Gymnastics Club will travel all the way to Birmingham after beating off stiff opposition to qualify.
Millie Lynk, 10, came first and won the gold medal in her compulsory elite level three grade. She also won beam and range and conditioning classes.
Emily Davenport, 12, took her national level grade seven and came fourth to qualify for the nationals and Jessica Szulc, 14, came fourth to qualify when she took her national level grade eight.
Two other gymnast students, Ally Fry, 11, and Summer Hamerston, 10, both took their grade eight and passed with distinction.
