ANYONE looking to brush up on their culinary skills will be able to find some useful tips at the CookSchool during this year’s Christchurch Food Festival.
Held between Tuesday May 15 and Friday May 18 in the Priory Suite at the Kings Hotel in Castle Street, the school will offer a number of classes for cookery tips including lunch and refreshments.
Parents can help their children decorate giant cookies and cupcakes with wine and food master classes also hosted by Alex Aitken. Most of the classes will be hosted by Des Burke from Flavours cookery school. Clipper Teas will also be hosting a demonstration.
All the classes are limited in numbers and can be booked via the Regent Centre – regentcentre.co.uk or phone 01202 499199.
