BOURNEMOUTH Crown Court asked a film crew to leave after they started shooting scenes in the car park.

Filming and photography is banned on court property and is a criminal offence punishable by a fine of up to £1,000.

Offenders can also be held in Contempt of Court – which has the possibility of facing a jail sentence.

The crew arrived in the car park on March 9 and started shooting two female actresses walking in and out – before they were summoned inside by security staff.

A Ministry of Justice spokesman said: “The film crew were asked politely by court staff to move from the precincts of the court.”

The spokesman said the court did not check who the crew were.
