ELEVEN young people have been given special wheelchairs and other equipment by a golf charity.
The youngsters, whose needs ranged from a standing wheelchair to a special tricycle to help develop leg muscles, picked up their presents from Salterns Alliss Merlo golf charity this month.
BBC golf commentator Peter Alliss met the recipients at Ferndown Golf Club.
Over the past 25 years, the charity has donated 187 electrical wheelchairs worth £530,000 and donated £320,000 to other causes.
The 26th Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament will be held at the golf course on Monday, September 3.
