LUKE SEAN ROBINSON, aged 24, of Dorset Road, Christchurch. Admitted destroying an iPhone. One-week prison sentence. Also admitted resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. One-week prison sentence to run concurrently. Also admitted assaulting another police constable in the execution of his duty. Two-week prison sentence concurrent. Also admitted damaging a Sony Ericsson mobile phone. One-week prison sentence concurrent. Also admitted assault by beating. Sixteen-week prison sentence concurrent. Restraining order not to cause harassment, alarm or distress to victim or contact victim until February 28 2013. Also admitted committing further offence during period of a suspended sentence given by East Dorset magistrates. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Also sentenced for original offence, for which a suspended sentence was given on October 11 2011 – original suspended sentence of eight weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, now implemented as a sentence of four weeks consecutive to above. Overall length of sentence 20 weeks.
