DETECTIVES are appealing for help after a 24-year-old man was sexually assaulted following a night-out in Bournemouth.
The victim, who lives locally, had been drinking during the evening and cannot remember the exact location of the attack.
Detective Constable Karen Penn of Bournemouth CID said he had been molested in the early hours of Friday, March 2 but had escaped physical injury.
She added: “The circumstances of the incident are still being investigated.
“I would particularly like to speak to anyone who saw a beige, grey or light coloured metallic vehicle in the Bournemouth area that morning.”
Officers have released an e-fit of a man they are keen to speak to.
He is white, between 40 and 45-years-old and has a medium build. He has very short hair with receding sides, big ears and heavy eyebrows. At the time of the attack he had facial stubble and was wearing a yellow T-shirt.
DC Penn added: “I am keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or recognises this man or has any information about the incident.
“I would also urge the man pictured to contact us as he may be eliminated from the investigation.”
