POLICE in Blandford say they are “gravely concerned” for the welfare of a missing 60-year-old man.
Stephen Durrant, of Counter Close, was last seen by his mother on Saturday March 10, and officers believe that he may have come to some harm.
Inspector Neil Leat said: “Stephen’s family have not heard from him for over a week now, and such behaviour is entirely out of character.
“I understand that Stephen has some health worries and we have serious concerns for his welfare.”
Stephen is white, 5ft 7ins tall, of slim build, with dark greying hair.
Inspector Neil Leat continued: “I am appealing for anyone who has seen Stephen to contact police urgently.”
Anyone with information should call Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 17:184.
