A SPECIAL performance of “Laugh a Minute” will take place at Forest Arts Centre, New Milton, to raise funds for the Red House Museum.
For the first time, Nicholas Parsons, presenter of Radio 4’s popular Just A Minute, will hold the show at the New Milton arts centre on Friday, April 27.
Laugh a Minute details Nicholas Parsons’ early life serving as an engineering apprentice on Clydeside and his struggles to become an actor.
Paul Willis, museum manager at the Red House Museum, said: “We are indebted to Nicholas Parsons and Forest Arts who have agreed to support the museum in this way.
“A proportion of ticket sales will go towards the museum’s education programme which will allow us to develop new activities for schools and families over the coming year.”
The event will start at 7pm and tickets are £16 and £14 for Friends.
