THOUSANDS of people taking part in the Bournemouth Bay Run will be getting a welcome energy boost, thanks to Poole’s Ryvita factory and the town’s Rubicon People recruitment agency.
The Poole agency will provide 6,000 snacks after a generous donation from Ryvita.
Rubicon’s Kirsty Spear said: “This is a great event by the British Heart Foundation, raising money for life-saving work into heart and circulatory disease which kills one in three people.
“The snacks will be a welcome treat for runners.”
The Bournemouth Bay Run takes place on April 1.
