Winner John Towner made it round the 10k in 39 minutes 42 seconds, with Becky Griffith finishing first for the women.
In the 5k, Daniel Mulryan took first place with 17 minutes 52 seconds, and Sharon Hutchins was the fastest female runner in 21 minutes 20 seconds.
