Repairs start on Twin Sails Bridge
Repairs to the Twin Sails Bridge will be carried out tonight.
The 9.15pm lift has been cancelled in order for workmen to re-lay the road surfacing.
This was originally meant to be carried out on Monday.
The surfacing will take three or four hours to lay and a further six to cool, a spokesman said, so the bridge will be able to lift again tomorrow.
