A SIX-year-old boy who was inspired to run the Sport Relief Mile has raised an amazing £385.

Harvey Clarke, who goes to Hill View Primary School, watched Dance For Sport Relief on TV with his dad Paul and was shocked to see people who had no clean water in parts of Africa.

After hearing that £5 could give a family clean water for three months, he quickly worked out that £100 would help 20 families and asked his dad if they could run the mile.

He has worked out that his final total will help 77 families after he ran the mile in 10 minutes, cheered on by his four-year-old sister Isabelle.

His mum Hannah said: “We’re so proud.”
