THERE are plenty of us who have never run a marathon.
So the idea of running seven of them in seven days, may seem a little overambitious to some, (barmy to others).
Marathon man, Adam Murry, was spotted limping the other day after damaging his leg while out training. But he brushed off the idea that it would be problem.
This little inconvenience notwithstanding, those who know him also know that if anyone is likely to complete such a challenge he is.
It starts in Paris less than a week, as you will see from the story on p13 today.
The article also lists the charities which is he aiming to raise tens of thousands of pounds for over the following days.
There’ll be plenty of people cheering him from back in the UK. They know if he pulls it off, it will be a fantastic achievement for him and a massive boost for seven great causes.
