A MAN called the police when he found a snake in West Moors.
The man rang in to say he had spotted a white snake ‘with orange blobs on’ on a footpath off Glenwood Road at 3.30pm on Sunday.
The pinkish white corn snake, measuring around a metre long and two centimetres in diameter, is now being looked after by a member of the public.
Officers are appealing for anyone who is missing a snake or has any information about where it may have come from to call Dorset Police on 101.
The incident reference number is 278.
