Also admitted to previous offence where she unlawfully damaged a window of a property in Bournemouth Road. Community order as above.
KELLY MARIE FIELD, aged 29, of St Aubyns Court, Poole. Admitted driving a Volkswagen Golf on A338 Wessex Way in excess of 50 mph. Fined £300, victim surcharge £15, costs £35 and licence endorsed with six points.
PAUL JOHN RUTTEN, aged 46, of High Street, Sixpenny Handley, Salisbury. Admitted being in possession of 9.1 grammes of cocaine, a class A drug. Community order made to present himself to the Poole Probation Centre and undertake education, training and employment programme for 10 days under supervision. Costs £85. Also admitted being in possession of 29.5 grammes of cannabis. Community order made as above.
DAVID HALL, aged 31, of Hamilton Road, Hamworthy. Admitted that between April 13, 2005, and June 3, 2005, he dishonestly failed to notify the Department for Work that he was working. Also admitted to further dates, between June 20, 2005, and August 26, 2005, between August 26, 2008, and November 14, 2008, and between November 21, 2008, and September 6, 2009. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours and costs £100.
