A WOMAN is in hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Bournemouth town centre last night.
The woman, who was driving a black Vauxhall Astra, was taken to hospital by paramedics after striking a stationary silver Ford Fiesta in Oxford Road at around 6.20pm.
Two ambulances attended to treat the woman for head injuries.
A member of the public called 999 and police closed the road between the Lansdowne roundabout and the Asda supermarket at St Paul's Road until 7.45pm.
