LEE ANTHONY MONAGHAN aged 41 of Rosemary Road, Parkstone, Poole. Admitted stealing joints of ham and beef to the value of £42.82 from the Co-operative Store at Castle Lane West. Community order made to have treatment for drug dependency at PACT at Poole Probation Centre as a non-resident patient for six months under supervision. Two other offences admitted and considered.
EZRA ROBINSON aged 19 of Court Street, Moreton Hampstead, Newton Abbot. Admitted resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fined £175, victim surcharge £15 and costs £85.
JAY FRANCES CLARK aged 49 of Kimmeridge Avenue. Admitted failing to comply with community order made by East Dorset Magistrates’ Court on February 14, 2012 to carrying out unpaid work. Community order made as previously and made more onerous by the addition of a curfew for 28 days to remain at the above address between 7pm and 7am whilst electronically monitored.
LUKE JAMES MICHAEL JONES aged 22 of Methuen Road, Poole. Admitted driving a Peugeot on A35 Christchurch Road in excess of 30mph. Fined £60, victim surcharge £15 and costs £35. Also admitted to driving without a licence. Fined £80. Licence endorsed with four points.
BENJAMIN GORDON FOSTER aged 22 of Patchins Road, Poole. Admitted receiving stolen goods, namely a Sinnis 125 motorcycle to the value of £1,845. Community order made for appointment with supervising officer.
