A CHRISTCHURCH pensioner recently met a team of people who helped save her life.
Pam Fasani, 81, visited the CarelineUK monitoring centre where she was able to meet the people who helped when she was taken ill at her home.
Pam’s husband Frank pulled the cord at their retirement flat when Pam, who suffers from a heart condition, was experiencing severe chest pain.
Pam said: “CarelineUK was one of the key reasons I moved into Riverland Court.
“It’s just wonderful knowing that they are available 24 hours a day if I have another health scare. I feel safe knowing they are there for me, and my daughter feels reassured knowing I have access to CarelineUK because she knows I’m in safe hands.”
Pam was shown around the CarelineUK office and taken on a tour around the centre to see the team in action.
