STEPHEN WILLIAM CLARKE, 41, of Grosvenor Gardens, Bournemouth. Admitted stealing bedding items to the value of £264 from Marks and Spencer Ltd. Community order made to be under curfew at the above address for six weeks between the hours of 10pm and 6am daily while electronically monitored.
MARTIN EDWARDS, 40, of St Paul’s Night Shelter, St Paul’s Lane, Oxford Road, Bournemouth. Admitted damaging a cell to the value of £35 belonging to Dorset Police Authority. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Compensation £35. Also admitted stealing a shopwatch radio from Asda. Conditional discharge for 12 months.
MAREK LESNIK, 28, of St Clements Road, Bournemouth. Admitted driving a VW Polo on Holdenhurst Road with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £250, victim surcharge £15, costs £85 and disqualified from driving for 36 months. To be reduced by 39 weeks if defendant completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. Cost will not exceed £250.
DANIEL MICHAEL PARSONS, 20, of Park Close, Ashley, New Milton. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Boscombe Gardens. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Costs £40.

JASON JAMES FAULKNER, 44, of Etches Close, Bournemouth. Admitted sending a grossly offensive or indecent call/message by telephone. Community order made to be under curfew for three months at the above address between the hours of 10pm and 7am daily. Restraining order also made not to communicate verbally or by telephone until April 12, 2012. Also admitted to a further offensive call/message by telephone. Community order made as above.
LEE GERARD MCCARRON, 31, of Salisbury Road, Bournemouth. Admitted stealing four bottles of whiskey worth £61.88 from Asda. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Also admitted stealing one bottle of whiskey to the value of £11 from Iceland Stores. Conditional discharge for 12 months.

Community order made to be under a curfew for three months at the above address between the hours of 9pm and 6am daily and to be electronically monitored.
