SKY Ride Bournemouth is returning to the town this year.
The event, a joint venture between the council, Sky and British Cycling, takes place on Sunday, June 10.
The free event gives people of all ages and abilities the chance to experience the town’s attractions at their own pace on traffic-free streets.
Ian Kalra, transportation services manager at Bournemouth Borough Council, said: “We are very excited that Sky Ride is returning to Bournemouth.
“Last year’s event was a great success with over 4,000 people of all ages taking part, and we are hoping that this year will be even bigger and better.
“This summer will be a great time for British sport and Sky Ride as it gives people a chance to really enjoy all the fun that cycling can offer.”
