CHRISTOPHER JAMES CHISHOLM aged 21 of Lawrence Drive, Poole. Admitted driving a BMW 535 on the A338 Wessex Way in excess of 50mph. Fined £200, victim surcharge of £15, costs £35 and disqualified from holding a driving licence for 56 days.
RICHARD SAUNDERS aged 59 of Bournemouth Road, Poole. Admitted stealing a wallet containing cash, bank cards, driving licence and other ID cards to the value of £185. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 40 hours under supervision. Compensation of £185.
DONAL MCDERMOTT aged 22 of Bournemouth Road, Poole. Admitted driving a Mercedes Index on Oakley Lane with 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £1,400. Victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months. To be reduced by 135 days if defendant completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. Cost of course will not exceed £250.
CRAIG GRAHAM MOORES aged 21 of Lamb Ale Green, Trowbridge. Admitted stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels to the value of £28.06 from the Premier Lodge Hotel. Conditional discharge for two years. Compensation of £14.03 and costs of £85.
NEIL ADRIAN MORRIS aged 49 of Aspen Gardens, Poole. Admitted driving a Seat Toledo on Poole Road with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £320, victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months. To be reduced by 90 days if the defendant completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. Cost of course will not exceed £250.
ASHLEY JOHN HOOPER aged 24 of Medway Road, Ferndown. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Old Christchurch Road. Fined £50, victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. Also admitted to an original offence where a conditional discharge was made re a previous drunk and disorderly charge was made in Medway Road. Fined £35.
