THE owner of a Bournemouth park homes site has pleaded guilty to harassment at other premises.
Maurice Sines admitted the offence at Medina Park on the lsle of Wight and was fined £1,000 by Southampton Magistrates Court.
He was prosecuted along with James Crickmore. Both are directors in Leisure Parks Real Estate Limited.
Sines admitted telling a resident their home was “junk” and “worthless” with intent to cause them to give up the property. He is also the owner of Bournemouth’s Iford Bridge Home Park through his firm Sines Parks.
Crickmore also admitted a charge of harassment and was also fined £1,000.
The court also heard their company Leisure Parks Real Estate Limited admit to 10 charges of harassment and one of withholding services against several Medina Park residents. A date has not yet been set for sentencing.
