ROBBERS attacked a man during a raid at a property in Christchurch.
The 32-year-old victim was taken to Royal Bournemouth Hospital with cuts and bruises to his face.
The men demanded cash before the attack and police yesterday released an e-fit.
The raid was at a property on Walkford Road at about 7.15pm on Sunday, May 20.
Both men fled towards the nearby Walkford Pub along the same road.
Detective Constable Tristan Downie said: “Such an incident is very unusual for this area.
“I am appealing to anyone who recognises the described men to contact Dorset Police as soon as possible.”
The robber pictured in the e-fit is described is in his 40s, about 5ft 8ins tall with wide shoulders.
He has a bald head, was wearing a black bomber jacket and stonewashed blue jeans and spoke in a husky, whispering voice.
The second robber is also aged in his 40s, about 6ft tall, of average build, with long hair down the middle of his head but shaved at the sides.
He wore a green zipped-up jacket and blue jeans and at the rear of his head had tattoos of skulls in the hairline.
The victim has been released from hospital.
DC Downie asked anyone with information to call them on 101 quoting incident 20:401 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
