REDHILL offered a choice of parties for the jubilee celebrations.
The Moordown Village Jubilee Fete on Redhill Park welcomed families for children’s egg and spoon races and other attractions including a Peppa Pig bouncy castle and firefighters showing the youngsters around their fire engine.
The mayor visited the fete, organised by the Moordown 2010 Committee and a Punch and Judy show entertained the youngsters.
Parents were also invited into the arena for skipping races and sack races as the Neon Moon band played country and western music. At nearby Hill View Road the fun included a children’s fancy dress competition, line dancing and a magician in amongst the stalls.
The Hospital Radio Bedside team provided entertainment.
