TWO people charged with the murder of Bournemouth man Angelo Rodrigues made their first appearance in crown court yesterday.
Tracey Ann Mansell, 55, of Coleman Road, West Howe, and James Joseph Kinsley, 40, of Hinton Road, Bournemouth, appeared before Judge Boney QC during a short preliminary hearing at Winchester Crown Court.
The pair are jointly charged with the murder of Mr Rodrigues, 45, at his flat in Coleman Road, West Howe, on Friday, July 27 this year.
Mr Rodrigues, who was born and brought up in the Funchal area of Madeira, died of multiple stab wounds following an incident at his flat.
He was one of six brothers and moved to England around 10 years ago for a better life and is understood to have lived in Coleman Road for the last seven years.
Mansell and Kinsley were remanded in custody and will next appear at Winchester Crown Court on October 12 for a plea and case management hearing.
