CAR PARKS at near several beaches are already full this morning.
Poole Police reported that the seafront car parks at Sandbanks, Undercliff and Bournemouth town centre were full by 10.20am on Saturday, June 12.
Dorset Police Inspector Ady Thompson is working with BCP Council to oversee the beach operation today.
A spokesperson for Poole Police said authorities are working to make sure everyone is safe and they enjoy the coastline safely.
"It is a busy day and the car parks at Sandbanks, Undercliff, Bmth Town are all full," said the spokesperson.
"Please use Park & Rides provided which are clearly signposted. Be considerate to residents and don't block any access or drives."
The park and ride service is in operation all weekend at King's Park. A Morebus service will take passengers who use the car park by Vitality Stadium down to Boscombe Pier.
The Beach Check UK app is reporting that the areas around Bournemouth Pier, Middle Chine and Canford Cliffs are already congested.
In Christchurch, Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay is also busy.
Temperatures are set to soar today with wall-to-wall sunshine. The Met Office is predicting a high of 22C this afternoon, while local forecasters expect the mercury to rise a little higher in places.
