INCREDIBLE as it now seems, 25 years ago this week the late, great George Best was turning out at Dean Court in one of his five games for AFC Bournemouth.
Best, then aged 36, was signed for Cherries by manager Don Megson and played his final competitive league match in May.
Perhaps even more unlikely, is that even though Bournemouth were firmly settled into a mid-table position in the old Division Three at the time, below them were two stalwarts of today's Premiership - Reading and Wigan Athletic!
To mark the 25th anniversary of Best's short run as a Cherries player we've teamed up with Champions, the recently opened sports bar in Queens Road, Westbourne, to offer this historic match programme in a special competition.
Champions, Bournemouth's largest sports bar, offers a variety of sporting events on multiple large screen plasma televisions, as well as pool tables and a full bar menu.
To be in with a chance of winning the Cherries v Orient programme, simply tell us how many goals Best scored for Cherries., Was it (a) 0, (b) 10, (c) 5?
