Members of the opposition have issued statements about their thoughts on the most recent wave of political chaos affecting the UK.
Leader of the opposition, Labour's Sir Keir Starmer said: "What a mess" in an interview with the BBC.
He continued: "And this is not just a soap opera at the Tory Party, it's doing huge damage to our economy and to the reputation of our country.
"The public are paying with higher prices, higher mortgages, so we can't have a revolving door of chaos.
"We can't have another experiment at the top of Tory Party.
"There is an alternative and that's a stable Labour government and the public are entitled to have their say, and that's why there should be a general election."

Reality tho is that ordinary people are paying the price.
The interests of the Tory party should concern no-one right now.
A General Election is now a democratic imperative.
Liberal Democrat leader, Sir Ed Davey also added the need for another election, saying: "We need a General Election now and the Conservatives out of power."
We don't need another Conservative Prime Minister lurching from crisis to crisis.

Lettuce vs Liz Truss
Recently, the Daily Star tried to see if Liz Truss could outlast a 60p iceberg lettuce in a humorous competition.
As you can guess, the lettuce won and has been praised online by fans.
Scott Bryan, a popular TV critic and broadcaster was quick to say: "Holy Sh*t the lettuce won" before adding: "WE NOW CROSS LIVE TO THE LETTUCE."

Many Conservatives reacted to the news by calling for former PM, Boris Johnson to return.

While Conservative peer in the House of Lords, Stephen Greenhalgh said: "Only @BorisJohnson has the mandate + is a proven election winner. Time to #BringBackBoris!"
