C Mullen U12 Girls 4 Real Weymouth U12s 0
After finishing as Dorset League runners-up this season, Corfe Mullen under-12 girls went one better in the county cup final.
Corfe Mullen broke the deadlock after 14 minutes thanks to a goal from Charley-Rae Everett, which gave them a 1-0 lead at half-time.
And the Corfe girls turned on the style in the second half with Allanah Smithson doubling their advantage just after the break.
Ellie Stanley made it 3-0 on the 40-minute mark, before team captain Hannah Ansell capped off a fine team performance with a fourth goal seven minutes from time.
Corfe Mullen manager Ben Ansell said: “I was pleased with the way we played, seeking to maintain possession and create opportunities to score. And credit to Weymouth who made sure it was a final to remember.”
