VERWOOD strikers Dan Goodall and Pete King both produced virtuoso performances as they hit back from 1-0 behind to triumph at Potterne Park.
Town conceded in the first minute, but then Goodall slammed in a hat-trick and the more experienced King grabbed a brace to cap a spectacular display for Verwood.
Goodall notched twice and King bagged his first as they led 3-1 at the break, then both were on target in the second half in this Division One encounter.
Verwood boss Adie Arnold said: "Dan and Pete have been threatening to do that for some time and there were some good goals in there as well.
"We needed that because we play three sides who are all above us next - Hayling, Fawley and Locks Heath."
Verwood: Fawcett, Evans, Giles, Lynch, Bircumshaw, Murray (Freeman 55), Eyre (Beverley 65), Elysee, Dyer, King, Goodall.
