MUDEFORD Mens Club became the first team to clinch a league title this season when they just got the better of Sway Reserves 2-1 through Lee Moss and Richie Preston to become champions of Division Three.
Urban Bournemouth boosted their hope of finishing second when Ed Ewens (2) and Jason Morgan gave them a vital 3-0 victory over promotion rivals Parley Sports.
St Mary's remain in contention with Mark Downs (2) and Dave Rosen giving them the upper hand 3-1 against New Milton Linnets.
GREGORY LIFTS AFC
Andy Gregory struck twice for Lymington & Pennignton AFC but Trinidad hauled themselves out of the relegation zone in Division One when Dan Spencer (2), Dan Ravelin and Martin Huntley gave them an impressive 4-2 success.
Adam Wilson and Pete Valinski gave fellow strugglers Redhill Rangers a 2-0 success in the basement battle with Bournemouth Electric who now find themselves propping up the rest.
Sway remain six points clear at the top of the table after walloping West Moors 6-0 courtesy of Elliot Boylan's hat-trick, Alex Davis's brace and an own goal.
Second-half substitute Lee Owen opened the scoring for unbeaten Suttoners Civil and then gave away the penalty that enabled Andy Waters to put Redlynch & Woodfalls United on terms. Danny Rattew restored Suttoners' lead and they ran out 3-1 winners with Luke McArdle converting a penalty in the closing stages.
Reigning champions Southbourne returned to winning ways when Tony Krunic and Gareth Weigh accounted for Bournemouth Reserves 2-0.
DOE AT THE DOUBLE
Verwood Town Reserves' Division Two title hopes suffered another setbakc when they slumped to a second successive defeat and Suttoners Civil Reserves remain one point clear at the top after upending them 3-1 thanks to Wayne Doe (2) (1 pen) and Lee Walker.
Dale Walters bagged a hat-trick when second placed Westover Bournemouth Reserves spanked tailenders AFC Burton 7-1 with Mike Conniff (2), James Hind and Gregg Eaglesham also on target.
All Stars United went down 3-2 to goals from Matt Cox, Jon Kefford and Paul Short against MPloy but Old Oakmeadians remain very much in contention with Adam Light and Alan Marsh giving the verdict 2-1 against AFC Highcliffe.
WINS FOR TOP TWO
Keith Watling and Lee Baker gave Division Four leaders Westover Bournemouth A a 2-1 success in their penultimate game of the season with Magpies & Woolsbridge United.
AFC Branksome need eight points from their five remaining games to take the title after tanning Queens Park Athletic 6-1 thanks to Anthony Winders (2), Paul Scadding, Martyn Beer, Stuart Beer and an own goal while Twynham Rangers poleaxed Woodman 5-2 courtesy of Gareth Brickhill, Mitchell Keet and a Chris Forbes hat-trick.
LIONS LEAPFROG RIVALS
The leading pair in Division Five, Alderholt and Parkside Wanderers, cancelled each other out in a 0-0 draw and Wessex Lions take over on top after shading it 2-1 at Burley with goals from Paul Brown and Martin Cooke.
Luke Phillips netted for Winton Cc but they were held to a 1-1 draw by sruggling Boscombe Celtic whose goal came via Allen Clark while Phoenix put paid to bottom placed Duke of Wellington 3-1 with goals from Ben Stokes, Owen Lewis and Richie Gent.
bearwood closing in Bearwood Social Club took another big step towards taking the Division Six title when Matty Jones and Nathan Clear ensured a vital 2-1 win over promotion rivals Bisterne United Reserves.
Nearest rivals New Milton Eagles gave Walker Scott Wanderers a 5-0 drubbing with goals from Shahed Miah (2), Olly Luchooomun (pen), Gary Bokota and Richard Parsons while Marcus Law (2), Nick Webb and Dan Luford gave ELE a 4-1 victory over FIFA Standards.
