LOAN star Jack Wilshere is adamant Cherries is the ideal place for him to develop this season.
The Arsenal midfielder yesterday put the finishing touches to a season-long loan deal at Vitality Stadium.
And he today revealed his excitement at linking up with the Dorset side having completed his first training session under boss Eddie Howe's watchful eye.
In a statement issued via Twitter, Wilshere said: "I'm delighted to have joined Bournemouth on a season-long loan and would like to thank everyone at the club for making me feel so welcome.
"I had a good chat with the manager and feel sure this is the best place for me to play and develop this season.
"I am looking forward to working hard every day with the coaching staff and my new team-mates to help the club achieve success on the pitch.
"Thanks for all your support."
