HIGHCLIFFE registered a narrow victory over neighbours Iford Bridge to claim the Christchurch Times Cup.
They overturned an eight-point deficit from the first leg to run out 213-210 victors on aggregate following the second leg at Iford Bridge.
Highcliffe lost their home leg 111-103 but clinched the cup thanks to a 110-99 victory in a tight finish to an absorbing contest.
The best rink for Highcliffe was Trevor Welch, Brenda King, Ken Wright and skip Dave Vincent who triumphed 23-11.
Further wins came from skips Mal Knight (20-9), Ian Chapman (24-18), Jane Seal (20-19) and captain Andy Phillips (15-12) which overhauled a big victory from Iford's best from Mike Poore, Pam Huxley, Malcolm Chater and Richard Huxley (30-8).
Iford Bridge president Mick McGing presented the cup to Highcliffe captain Andy Phillips who was delighted to cap a fine season for both Highcliffe's men and women's sections.
