SWANSEA boss Roberto Martinez says he has no sympathy for Cherries' plight.
Martinez will be hoping the Swans can heap more misery on Kevin Bond's charges by condemning them to another Dean Court defeat tomorrow (2pm).
Cherries have collected a solitary point from five games - the worst home record in League One - and have also only mustered two goals in front of their own fans.
But in mitigation, Bond's options have been severely hampered by an acute injury crisis, which has robbed him of a number of key players.
Despite their problems, Cherries have enjoyed an upturn in fortunes by winning their past two games, although Martinez will be hoping the Swans can put an end to their mini revival.
"I won't feel sorry for them because they will still have 11 players on the pitch," said the Spaniard. "They have a lot of injuries but that happens in football.
"I would feel sorry for them if they had to play with 10. But you can see they are getting results, they have some momentum and have had two great wins this week."
Martinez is expected to name the side that routed Leyton Orient 5-0 at Brisbane Road seven days ago after making five changes for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Wycombe in midweek.
Midfielder Darren Pratley looks set to recover from a leg injury, but striker Darryl Duffy and winger Leon Britton are both sidelined, although Andy Robinson could be back in contention.
Russ Perrett and Josh Gowling were both due to train with Cherries last night and could return, providing they suffer no adverse reaction following their respective injuries.
However, the clash is likely to come a week too soon for Neil Young, while Brett Pitman is also ruled out due to a foot injury.
Meanwhile, Cherries are waiting to discover whether Portsmouth's attempts to recall goalkeeper Asmir Begovic have been successful.
Begovic, who has made nine appearances for Cherries, has apparently returned to Fratton Park after losing his place to Neil Moss.
However, under the terms of his standard loan agreement, the Canadian is not permitted to turn out for any other club until January 2.
But it is believed Portsmouth are seeking special dispensation from the Premier League to cancel his registration with Cherries.
