BULLISH midfielder Danny Hollands believes Cherries boast credentials that leave them with "nothing to fear" against any of League One's big guns.
Hollands, a former Chelsea youth and reserve team skipper, is in good form and has played a central role in the team's recent revival - forming an effective partnership in the middle of the park alongside club captain Darren Anderton.
And the 21-year-old sees no reason why Kevin Bond's outfit can't continue their improvement, starting against one of the division's most fancied teams - Swansea City - tomorrow (2pm kick-off).
"Swansea are probably one of the bigger teams in the league, along with Nottingham Forest, but we've nothing to fear if you look at our team and Swansea's," Hollands told the Daily Echo.
"We're as good as anyone on paper.
"We're not scared of anyone really, especially when they're coming to us (at Dean Court).
"If we can start fast and get an early goal, we believe we're good enough to hold any team in the league."
Cherries' emphatic 4-1 victory at Crewe last weekend helped Hollands get rid of one unwelcome statistic - it was the first league game that the team had won with Hollands in the starting line-up and he had to wait for his 19th appearance to do it.
The young prospect is now hoping to forge a bright future for himself, firstly by cementing his place in Bond's plans.
He said: "I haven't been doing too badly but there's always room for improvement.
"Hopefully I can get a couple more goals but I'm just happy to be playing and I want to keep my place.
"I'm playing in my favourite position now and if I can keep playing there I would be very happy."
Like a lot of the Cherries youngsters, Hollands is relishing the opportunity of learning from the club's cultured ex-England international Darren Anderton.
"When playing alongside people like that you can't help but pick things up," he said.
"I'm hoping we can form a partnership. If you can get that relationship going it's nice and we've done well as a pair in the past few games."
With tomorrow's clash coming on the back of two consecutive victories, Hollands had words of warning for the visitors.
He added: "We've strung two wins together, confidence is there, we believe in our ability and we're good enough to beat them - especially at home."
