NEIL Middleditch admits he would be "elated" if either Jason Crump or Bjarne Pedersen could clinch the $100,000 first prize in tonight's German Grand Prix.
Both Poole Castle Cover riders will be gunning for the winnings, dubbed the richest minute in motorsport, in Gelsenkirchen.
And Poole team manager Middleditch will be there to cheer his riders on.
Middleditch said: "My bias is towards Chris Harris and Scott Nicholls in my role as Team GB boss, but I would also be elated if either Castle Cover Pirate Jason Crump or Bjarne Pedersen were to win the final GP of the season and $100,000 first prize.
"Jason has been talking to me about the fact that the last time he failed to win at least one Grand Prix in a season was 1999, so to keep that record by winning tonight would at least be some sort of consolation for a nearly' season."
Newly-crowned world champion Nicki Pedersen will ride tonight, despite suffering concusion in a crash in Poland last weekend.
Middleditch added: "It promises to be a great finale GP."
