ELLINGHAM and Ringwood winger Josh Beavis helped himself to a hat-trick of tries as they hammered Ventnor 60-0 away in the EDF Energy Junior Vase.
The E's moved into the third round after notching up seven other tries through Andy Sheerin (two), Adam Fityan, Rich Major, Robbie Mitchell, Dave Powell and Chris Roberts.
Andy Weeks slotted over five conversions.
Es coach Steve Anderson said: "There was a massive gap between the two sides.
"We always felt we should get the win, but it is always hard to play well against such weak opposition.
Ellingham and Ringwood Ladies beat Lewes 27-7 at home in their opening league game.
Becky Riggs ran in two tries, while Helen Leach and Claire Dorey also touched down, with Dorey adding one conversion.

Andrew Kingswell bagged two tries while Ollie Yeates and Sammi Venerosso each plundered their maiden scores for the club.
Sam Dargan and Jonny Muncer were Bourne's other try-scorers, while Robbie Boyd chipped in with four conversions.
