RELEGATION is not a word being bandied around at Chapel Gate, according to Bournemouth coach David Dunn.
The Lions have just recorded their first win in eight games since promotion to South West Division One at the beginning of this season.
Dunn's side beat fellow strugglers Reading 31-17 at home last weekend, but they are still four points adrift of fourth and fifth-bottom Coney Hill and Maidenhead.
So the Dorset side, who travel to Cornwall tomorrow to take on basement boys St Ives (2.30pm), need to build on that triumph if they are to haul themselves out of the bottom three.
Asked how many teams would go down this season, Dunn said: "It depends on what happens further up the leagues.
"But we are not looking at relegation zones at the moment.
"We are just taking each game as it comes, trying to have a solid season and going about our business week by week.
"We're not giving too many thoughts about relegation.
"Winning has become a habit at Bournemouth over the last few seasons and that seven-game losing run has proved hard for us to cope with.
"So now we have got the ball rolling we are looking to build on it in a big way.
"We've got St Ives tomorrow, then Newton Abbot away in the cup, and both are winnable.
"It's a long trip to Cornwall but we go there full of confidence."
