CHERRIES have today confirmed Ryan Fraser has declined to sign a short-term contract extension for the remainder of the Premier League campaign.
The Scotland international, who has been pictured in training with Eddie Howe’s men since the start of Project Restart, sees his current deal run out at the end of the month.
Fraser, who signed from Aberdeen for around £400,000 in January 2013, has been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and Galatasaray in recent weeks.
The 26-year-old's deal expires on June 30, meaning he would still be under contract to play in Saturday's home game with Crystal Palace, as well as next Wednesday's clash at Wolves.
Eddie Howe’s men will however have skipper Simon Francis, vice-captain Andrew Surman, goalkeeper Artur Boruc and defender Charlie Daniels available for the remainder of the season.
The club announced the quartet had signed short-term deals to cover the remaining nine Premier League fixtures.
