NEIL Moss could be ready to hand Cherries boss Kevin Bond a timely boost by hitting the comeback trail next week.
The Cherries goalkeeper has been sidelined for seven weeks after suffering knee and facial injuries in unrelated incidents in November.
Moss has been working with goalkeeping coach Stuart Murdoch for the past fortnight and is due to return to full training on Monday.
He may feature for the reserves against Forest Green Rovers at Dean Court on Tuesday and could be in contention for Cherries' trip to Cheltenham a week on Saturday.
Moss had just returned after recovering from a facial injury sustained against MK Dons when he damaged knee ligaments in training at the end of November.
Cherries physio Steve Hard said: "He has been doing full-on goalkeeper training for the past couple of weeks and our plan is to have him back in full training on Monday.
"We left kicking until last and he's really stepped it up in the past week. That's got more and more comfortable so he should be back with the rest of the squad next week."
Midfielder Shaun Cooper could also be in contention to face Cheltenham after recovering from an ankle knock.
