ROBERT Elford can draw on Wimborne's experience of Wootton Bassett as Swanage and Wareham continue their quest for a 12th Dorset and Wiltshire Cup in 13 years at Rylands Field tomorrow (2pm).
The All Blacks crashed to a 19-8 defeat against the Southern Counties South high-flyers at the weekend, but with Swans sitting pretty at the right end of South West Two, captain Elford expects his charges to take a safe passage into the final.
"One of our coaches has made a phone call to Wimborne," Elford told the Daily Echo.
"We know what their strengths are and Wimborne have warned us about the pace in their back-line.
"We'll approach the game the same way we always do and hopefully we'll have enough in the tank to get the result."
Elford returns to the fold after missing the 17-7 South West Two win against Bletchley at the weekend.
Young wing Charlie Rowberry comes into Swans' squad for experience, while back row Maurice Elford is likely to start on the bench as he recovers from a niggling injury.

- Oakmeadians' scheduled Dorset and Wilts Vase first-round tie at Bradford on Avon, meanwhile, has been conceded by the Wiltshire outfit.
James Croker's side will now face fellow Southern Counties South side Corsham in the quarter-final at Meyrick Park on February 2.
