BASHLEY have announced the return of two former players ahead of their return to the Southern League.
Striker Harry McGrath returns to the GlenMex Stadium after stints with New Forest neighbours Lymington and Dorchester Town.
McGrath’s brilliant strike for Lymo against Hereford in the FA Cup early last season secured a lucrative replay for the New Forest side, with the Linnets going on to lose away at Edgar Street.
The forward had previously played for Weymouth, prior to his first spell for Bash.
Re-joining the club from New Forest rivals Brockenhurst is defender Ronan Moore.
Moore previously featured in Black and Gold back during their last stint in the Southern League, way back in 2015.
Departing in 2016, Moore then moved to Brockenhurst.
Aside from a stint with Lymington, Moore has featured over 100 times for the Badgers, meaning his addition adds defensive nous and experience to Bash’s backline ahead of the new season.
The pair join new recruit Billy Lowes at the club, with McGrath a brief teammate at Dorchester towards the end of last season.
Bash have also confirmed that former Cherries and Pompey striker Matt Tubbs will remain with the club next season in a player-coach role.
