JOE Rothwell recalled his stunning solo goal against Sheffield Wednesday, before explaining: "My biggest strength is to travel with the ball."
Rothwell struck a late equaliser at Ewood Park, to earn former club Blackburn Rovers a point with a 1-1 draw against the Owls in the Championship in December 2020.
The midfielder could make his first appearance in a Cherries shirt against Wednesday today, in a behind-closed-doors training match as part of each club's pre-season training camp in Portugal (5.30pm kick-off).
Picking the ball up around 40 yards from goal, Rothwell dribbled beyond three players before slotting it underneath goalkeeper Kieren Westwood.

Recalling his brilliant Boxing Day goal, the 27-year-old told the Daily Echo: "That kind of summed up what I like to do when I get on the ball. If I see a little gap, then I'll go for it.
"You're either going to get a foul because someone will have to trip you up, or you'll get through.
"Thankfully that day it kind of opened up and I remember just running past three or four players and it kind of opened up when I got in the box and I just managed to put it away. So that was a nice one."
Asked if that sort of skill was natural ability he has always had, Rothwell added: "Yeah, I think so. I was speaking to someone the other day and we were trying to work out who I can kind of compare what I do to other players.
"Not in like a big-headed way, but there's not many central midfield players that like to travel with the ball. A lot of them will get it and play nice passes, which I like to do, but also, my biggest strength is to travel with the ball.
"A lot of people have said I'm probably quicker running with the ball than without it.
"I'm going onto the biggest stage in the world now and hopefully I can really showcase that."
