COVENTRY City boss Mark Robins described as “absolutely rubbish” reports linking Cherries with his goalkeeper Simon Moore.
The Daily Mail on Friday claimed Scott Parker’s side were weighing up a move for the 32-year-old.
Quizzed about the reports, Robins said: “It’s rubbish, absolutely rubbish."
Asked if City have received a bid, approach or inquiry for Moore, Robins added: "Absolutely not."
Moore played 41 times for the Sky Blues in the Championship last season and is reportedly under contract with Coventry until 2024.
Cherries currently have just two senior goalkeepers in Mark Travers and Will Dennis in their squad, following the expiry of Freddie Woodman’s loan deal last season.
The Dorset club had former Huddersfield Town, Everton and Brentford keeper Jonas Lossl in on trial during the club’s pre-season trip to Portugal.
Scott Parker told the Daily Echo another goalkeeper is set to trial with Cherries this week.
