BASHLEY boss Steve Riley labelled their big win over Bromsgrove a "complete performance".
Two goals in each half, from Chris Knowles, Danny Smith, Richard Gillespie and Ryan Moss, boosted the New Forester's play-off hopes.
It left Riley drooling ahead of his fifth-placed outfit's league visit to Swindon Supermarine tomorrow (3pm).
Bashley's manager, whose side were watched by a bumper 388 crowd at the Recreation Ground, said: "It was a complete performance for me.
"The boys worked tirelessly. The work rate was phenomenal.
"People that you don't normally associate that with, people like Dave Town, how tirelessly he worked.
"He was up and down the pitch. One minute he was creating opportunities for us, then at the other end he is chasing midfield runners to the by-line in our defensive third.
"Everyone was superb really, especially in the way we kept possession.
"Craig Davis and Danny Smith kept us linking through the middle of the park, and the ball retention was superb."
Riley, aiming for a second successive promotion with Bash, added: "The first two goals came from a good bit of play on the left.
"Mossy, using his strength, got in the box and forced his way past their goalkeeper (Karl Lewis) and crossed from an acute angle to Knowlesy, who tapped the ball in from a few yards.
"The second one we had a long throw-in from Knowlesy, Pete Castle flicked it on, Craig got a lot of power on his shot by their keeper stopped it somehow.
"But from a second throw-in from Craig and Pete flicked it on again, Richard Gillespie played it off to Danny, who slotted it home for a well worked goal.
"In the second half we kept going forward and didn't let Bromsgrove have any opportunities to get back into the game, and Gilly and Mossy always caused them trouble.
"Towner played a lovely ball in for Gilly to run onto and slot it home for our third, then a great ball in from Justin Keeler to Gilly on the left allowed him to get in a cross that Mossy turned in at the far post.
"It was a great performance that stands us in good stead for our trip to Supermarine.
"They will feel they are in with a good shout because they still have a chance of getting into the play-offs if they start picking up some more wins.
"Their manager watched us on Saturday because they didn't have a game, so we know they'll be well prepared.
"But we'll go there to try and get a point, although we are capable of getting three if we play like we did against Bromsgrove.
"Everyone did their job and our home support was great again. We had a good gate of nearly 400.
"I think the message from that is if people want to watch a great game of football' get down to Bashley."
Riley takes the same squad on duty on Saturday to 10th-placed Supermarine.
Bashley: Elm, Gazzard, Ferrett, Castle, Middleton, Smith, Knowles (Sainsbury 70), Davis, Moss, Gillespie (Tarr 76), Town (Keeler 75). Unused subs: Burch, Harper.
