GRAHAM Kemp was unhappy with two key refereeing decisions as his Christchurch side were denied a shock win over leaders Totton tonight.
Mark Osman fired the visitors into a 24th-minute lead at Hurn Bridge but goals either side of half-time from Marc Burrows gave Priory the upper hand going into the closing stages.
But a controversial equaliser on the hour mark from Fouad Hamodu swung the game back in Totton's favour before Gareth Byers's fine long-range strike stole the points for the Wessex Premier Division frontrunners.
Priory boss Kemp felt his keeper Jason Collins was fouled for Totton's second goal and that his side were denied a late penalty.
He said: "I've got no problem with them winning the game, the third goal was top drawer.
"But if I summed it up I'd say it took their 100 per cent side, with 100 per cent commitment, to beat us. And that was with some assistance from the ref."
Christchurch: Collins, Walliss, Taylor, Crutchley, Dillon, Jenvey, Borthwick (Lawrence, 15), Rideout (Rolph, 65), Manning (Glasspool, 85), Burrows, Cook. Unused subs: Dand, Linpow.
