GARY O’Neil is hopeful Matias Vina will be available to face West Ham United this weekend, as he recovers from a back injury.
The Uruguay international made a memorable first start for the club last weekend, scoring in the 3-2 victory at Tottenham Hotspur.
Vina was withdrawn early in the second half, but O’Neil hopes he may be fit to feature again on Sunday.
“Mati Vina has done a couple of light days’ work after the bang on his back at Tottenham,” said boss O’Neil.
“So hopeful that he’ll be able to be involved in the matchday squad.”
But Cherries will be without three players due to injury.
“We are missing Ryan Fredericks, he will still be out," confirmed O'Neil.
"Junior Stanislas will miss out still.
“Junior Traore won’t be available for the game, definitely.
“Apart from that, we’re as we were. The lads are in a good place.”
