DAVID Brooks scored his third goal in the space of two weeks to seal a vital victory for Wales in Latvia.
The midfielder netted his first Cherries goal in more than two years when finding the net, as captain, in an EFL Cup win at Swansea City on August 29.
He followed that up a few days later by getting back on the scoresheeet in the Premier League, notching in the 2-2 draw at Brentford.
Now Brooks is back among the goals on the international stage, making it three in three in competitive outings.
The 26-year-old, whose last goal for Wales came in November 2020, was introduced off the bench early in the second half for his nation's crunch Euro 2024 qualifier away at Latvia.
Wales already led 1-0 through an Aaron Ramsey penalty, but Brooks sealed the 2-0 win in stoppage time with a composed finish.
