FORMER Cherries boss Harry Redknapp is predicted a Wolves win in what he has dubbed the “Gary O’Neil derby”.
O’Neil will be in the opposing dugout at Vitality Stadium for the first time since his departure from Cherries in the summer, his services dispensed of in favour of Andoni Iraola.
Redknapp, who managed O’Neil at Portsmouth, believes that a first Premier League win for Iraola will have to wait as he is predicting a Wolves victory.
Speaking to BetVictor, Redknapp shared: “Here we go, the Gary O’Neil derby!
“The pressure is really on Bournemouth, they’ve still not won a game this season.
“That performance at Goodison last time was a shambles, I’m worried for them.
“A win over City and a point against Villa, it’s been a good couple of weeks for Wolves.
“I’m happy for Gary, he’s a good lad who I thought Bournemouth were harsh to get rid of, he’ll want his side to go on a good run now.
“I think Wolves leave with the three points.”
